The first phase establishes UTH's operational presence with five priority housing cities, two road corridors, three factories, and two resort properties. This phase proves the model and generates the revenue needed to fund subsequent phases.
Phase 1 preparation begins in 2026. Early investors, board members, vendors, and partners who join now will have the best positioning as construction begins in 2027.
