United Technologies of Haiti is assembling its founding board, executive team, and core staff. These are not ordinary jobs — they are founding positions in a company that will transform a nation. We are looking for extraordinary people who believe in Haiti's potential and are ready to do the work.
Lead the UTH Board of Directors. Provide strategic oversight, governance, and fiduciary responsibility. Must have C-suite experience and a network in international development, finance, or Caribbean affairs.
Oversee UTH's financial strategy, investor relations, and capital structure. Must have deep experience in investment banking, private equity, or development finance.
Guide UTH's legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and government relations in both the U.S. and Haiti. Must have experience in international law, trade policy, or diplomatic affairs.
Provide strategic guidance on UTH's infrastructure development projects — roads, ports, housing, factories, and energy systems. Must have large-scale construction or development project experience.
Represent the Haitian diaspora community on the UTH board. Build bridges between UTH and diaspora investors, community organizations, and cultural leaders in the U.S., Canada, and France.
